Cole Health wrapped up 2025 on a high note, celebrating significant accomplishments as an organization. We are committed to meeting families where they are and broadening our services across various platforms, including the nationwide expansion of our telehealth services. Our mission is to refine and enhance the patient experience for all involved.
A MESSAGE FROM THE COLE FOUNDATION
The Cole Foundation is excited to announce our return to Quito, Ecuador this fall with Servants in Faith & Technology (SIFAT). We are actively assembling a team of 10 to 12 members from various Cole Health regions to represent the organization. This team will include professionals from all disciplines, including interpreters, Speech, Occupational, Physical, and ABA Therapists.
Our mission is to empower local communities through collaboration and cultural exchange and we remain committed to providing essential support and resources that will foster sustainable development in healthcare.
We are excited to once again extend our services globally and witness our mission come to life through the commitment of the Cole Health team. Stay tuned for further updates!

Cole Health is thrilled to announce the launch of our Patient Support Representative (PSR) team. Tasked with managing phone lines for all incoming calls, the PSRs will:
- Manage, resolve, and route all calls to appropriate contacts
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to families and providers
- Collaborate across teams to improve patient care and clinic operations
