For patients needing rehabilitation, the recovery process can be lengthy, especially with post-op therapy or when recovering from an injury. It is important to know that a therapist can provide the encouragement patients need to succeed. That is why we go to such lengths to select therapists who fit our vision and values.
Cole Rehabilitation provides services in the following areas:
Specialized Therapy Services. In addition to our skilled occupational therapy and physical therapy departments, Cole Rehabilitation also offers specialized therapy services. For example, if a patient is suffering from a wrist fracture, hand injury or hand pain, Cole Rehabilitation will match the patient with a certified hand therapist. Other upper extremity injuries include tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis. For these types of injuries, Cole Rehabilitation therapists focus on ergonomics. These afflictions not only cause pain but also affect the course of daily living. Our therapists’ focus on ergonomics teaches patients how to cope with these injuries, while focusing on the primary goal of pain relief and long-term tendon repair.
Sports Injuries. We have a strong group of physical and occupational therapists that focus solely on sports medicine. For those who suffer from a sports injury, Cole therapists provide tested pathways to recover a maximum range of motion and strength.
Back Pain. For those suffering from back pain of all types, including cervical sprain or lumbar strain, our experts offer core stabilization and other treatments. Each patient and each injury is different. Our therapists treat each case with consideration for the unique circumstances at hand.
