Jennifer Cole, MS CCC-SLP
CEO / Co-FounderJennifer Cole holds both a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. She is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology. She has worked in the hospitals (acute and rehabilitation), pediatric outpatient clinics, public schools, and private practice. She has extensive training and experience in assessing and providing speech and language therapy to both adults and children. Jennifer is enthusiastic about speech pathology and she enjoys reading journal articles to keep current on new therapy approaches and to evaluate the efficacy of various therapies and assessment tools. Alongside additional awards, Jennifer has been presented with the ACE Award - The ACE Award is a formal recognition of professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to lifelong learning by earning 70 continuing education hours within a 36 month period.
Adam Cole, MBA
CEO / Co-FounderAdam Cole holds both a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University. Adam has served full time in an administrative role for Cole Health since February 2004. Adam currently resides on the Board of Directors for OPIRA (the Outpatient Independent Rehab Association) which is dedicated to improving compliance standards for Outpatient Rehab Facilities across the State of Texas. Adam has also consulted with other healthcare providers to help improve financial and operational performance. Adam believes that successful healthcare companies are those that maintain steady growth while placing strong emphasis on compliance and overall patient experience.
Jason Stark, OTR
President, Cole Pediatric Therapy – HoustonJason Stark is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Most of his career has been focused on pediatric rehabilitation in a variety of settings. Jason has extensive experience treating a large variety of diagnosis. He is an occupational therapist who is SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Test) certified with a strong background in NDT (Neurodevelopmental Therapy). Jason has over 7 years of management experience that has been instrumental in opening and operating numerous pediatric clinics in the Houston area. His management experiences have a strong focus on relationships, coaching, growth and ongoing process improvement.
Jason also oversees Recruiting and Human Resources for Cole Health.
Raylene Bell, MS CCC-SLP
President, Cole Pediatric Therapy – Central TexasRaylene holds both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Speech Pathology from Texas Tech University. Raylene began her career in Tyler, Texas working in both the hospital setting and the private practice arena. Her extensive experience allowed Raylene to quickly move into various leadership positions to include, Operations Manager, Team Leader and Regional Manager. Throughout her leadership roles, Raylene has had the opportunity to work with not only speech, occupational and physical therapists, but nurses, respiratory therapists, child life personnel, physiologists and social workers as well. After 20+ years of involvement with national providers and hospital communities, Raylene returned to private practice in 2000, as owner/operator of Consolidated Rehab Therapies (now known as Cole Pediatric Therapy- San Marcos).
Pam Walker, MA CCC-SLP
President, Cole RehabilitationPam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Texas and a Master of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Houston. As a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist, Pam has spent the last 30 years in rehabilitation. Pam has special interest in the treatment of adults to include stroke, head injury and general outpatient rehabilitation. Her extensive background includes the management of inpatient services within skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation in facilities to include assisted and independent living and private clinics. She has also served as Administrator for Cole Home Health with the responsibility of oversight of the agency operations and supervising the nursing and therapy staff.
Pam also oversees Corporate Compliance and Financial Services for Cole Health.
Jimmy Pendley
President, Cole Home HealthJimmy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Over the past 15 years, Jimmy has managed multiple P&L's while serving as President, General Manager, Vice President and Chief Marketing officer for various Fortune 500 Companies. Jimmy brings broad-based experience and leadership in expansive growth, new product & service development, acquisitions, strategic marketing, customer relationship management and loyalty programs. Throughout his career, Jimmy has played an integral role in enhancing product/service platforms, integrating new technologies, and escalating companies' reputations to a customer-focused industry leader.
Jimmy also oversees the Sales and Marketing for Cole Health.
